The CESOC is a non-profit organization, working for the economic, social and cultural integration of the black French-speaking community, as well as the French-speaking racial, ethnic and cultural minorities living in and around Ottawa.

ESCOC’s main goal is to provide services primarily in French to Francophone immigrants settled in the Ottawa area.
